Water
No municipal water — Colinas Del Sol is on shared private wells. Owners are responsible for testing and maintenance; new wells are permitted through the NM Office of the State Engineer.
Natural Gas
New Mexico Gas Company supplies natural gas to every home in Colinas Del Sol. Start, stop, or transfer service — and report a gas leak or emergency — through NM Gas Co.
Trash & Recycling
No county curbside service. For drop-off, the Eldorado Convenience Center on US-285 takes trash, recycling, and green waste (Tue–Sat, 8am–5pm).
